Oldschool offline ‘I Like’ / +1 … no clue who liked this in my office though. (Wurde mit Instagram aufgenommen)
Too many true words to quote all of them … just take 12 minutes and listen to David McCullough.
My favorites:
“Dream big, work hard. Think for yourself. Love everything you love, everyone you love with all your might.”
“Get busy. Have at it. Don’t wait for inspiration or passion to find you. Get up, get out, explore, find it yourself, grab hold with both hands.”
“Climb the mountain not to plant your flag, but to embrace the challenge, enjoy the air, and behold the view. Climb it so you can see the world, not so the world can see you.”

Well deserved - one of my favorite apps.
Apple Design Award
Just over a year ago we started developing Paper. Our idea: to make mobile creation better. Today at WWDC, Apple recognized our work with an Apple Design Award. Thank you. It really could not have happened without the support of Apple’s platforms and the ingenuity of your creations.
Paper is where ideas begin… and in the truest sense of the word, we’re only beginning. Ideas have places to go. We want to be part of that voyage, and we hope you will too. Keep creating. We’re hiring.

Now this infographic took my attention though it just shows shopify’s traffic.
However, I will have a second look at it.

As a UX-Designer I’m in the Business of selling cat food.
The cats are not my clients.
They don’t hire me.
They don’t know I exist. But the cats are the ones I ultimately have to satisfy. In the web world satisfying the cat is called User-Centered Design.

Jessica Hagy brings it to the point in her short article ‘The Six Enemies of Greatness’ (on forbes.com).
Again, very obvious that you don’t need many words and just some drawings to tell a true story.
The ‘committees’ are my favorite!
